Installation with Integrity

What Is The Bray Way?

Ever been a pioneer?   I have been one since I decided that college was not for me, office work was not for me…  working with electricity WAS for me.

Imagine being a woman getting into the electrical industry over 3 decades ago.  There weren’t many of us. I was always under a microscope.

You know what that meant. It was not fun at times, and it was ALWAYS hard work.

That experience became the foundation of The Bray Way.

Michelle Bray, Co-Owner of Bray Electrical

Our Core Values

  • Details Matter.Focus on the details is a MUST (It’s that “microscope experience” again!)
  • Safety Matters. The Electrical Code is for your safety. Our compliance with it ALWAYS matters
  • Ethics Matter.Electricity is Uncompromising. Cutting corners can be dangerous. It demands our ethical behavior on your job
  • Ecology Matters. We recycle as much as possible, whenever possible.
  • Safety Matters for my team and you so we constantly strive for excellence in our work. We stay with the job until it is done Right!
  • Education Matters.Everyone participates in annual Continuing Education (though only required of the owner)
  • Diversity Matters. I lived it when I became an electrician. My company lives it today.
